Packaging Guidelines
Learn how to properly package your items for safe delivery
Step-by-Step Packaging Guide
1
Choose the Right Box
Select a sturdy box that's slightly larger than your item. New boxes are recommended for maximum protection.
- Use double-wall boxes for items over 20 lbs
- Ensure all flaps are intact
- Remove or cover old labels and markings
2
Wrap Items Individually
Protect each item separately before placing them in the box.
- Use bubble wrap for fragile items
- Wrap electronics in anti-static materials
- Use plastic bags for liquids to prevent leaks
3
Add Cushioning
Fill empty spaces to prevent items from shifting during transit.
- Use packing peanuts or air pillows
- Add at least 2 inches of cushioning on all sides
- Shake test the box to ensure items don't move
4
Seal Securely
Use proper tape and sealing methods to secure your package.

- Apply H-taping method for heavy packages
- Do not use string or paper tape
